Commissions will be retiring in 2026! I will be focusing solely on adopts, bases and YCHs.
This will not impact any currently in progress commissions!

However you must understand my art queue situation, I may have delays due to refunds, physical health issues or other commissions that were in progress prior to you commissioning me.

Payment Information

⚪. Invoice will be sent upfront.
⚪. I require payment before I start drawing.⚪. You are agreeing to pay the invoiced price for the artist to preform a service to produce your request.
⚪. Once you pay the invoice you agree to all terms and conditions listed here and the work is bound by contract.

Refund Information

⚪. Force Refunds result in a perma-blacklist
⚪. Requested refunds result in a 6 month blacklist.
⚪. I won't refund unless deadline(s) have been missed.
⚪. I will not refund Stream fees, or Tips!
⚪. Full refunds will only be given for sketch-phase pieces. Anything that is in lining, coloring, or rendering/shading will be given a partial refund to account for the work done.
⚪. Refunds take 1 - 4 weeks to complete.
⚪. I reserve the right to refund any commission(s) I believe I cannot complete for any reason(s).Any other reasons will be declined! Please be aware if you commission me and something in your personal life happens it is NOT my responsibility to give you a refund if the work has begun.Adopt Refund Eligibility
⚪. Refunds will not be given to those who preclaim/preordered/paid for in advance. You will need to be able to resell the adopt yourself once finished.

⚪. Children. (Includes, Cub, Kids, Loli and shota.)
⚪. Zoophilia (You will be blocked immediately if you ask.)
⚪. Scat, Vomit, Watersports, Heavily Muscled.
⚪. Macro, Micro and Heavy vore.
⚪. Heavy mech characters (Robotic/Cybernetic parts are acceptable however)There's probably more but if you don't see it on here just ask!

Work in Progresses

⚪. You will be provided a WIP at the Sketch, Lining and Coloring stages. You cannot request any changes once the piece has been completed. Please ask during the WIP stages.⚪. Completed commissions CANNOT be edited or colored by another artist excluding the commissioner, unless stated otherwise.⚪. WIPs may be messy / details may be missing- don't fret! I will correct any missing details during lining, however if you feel worried please mention it to me. I want to get your details righ too!⚪. I will not be held accountable to correct or adjust commissions due to unclear or un-defined information provided by the commissioner in the order form. I, the artist, will be accountable to correct or adjust commissions where I have failed to follow provided reference material.⚪. If artwork needs additional edits and the fault lies in the provided reference material by the commissioner edits may be requested. An additional fee for edits may be discussed. It is the commissioners right to refuse this fee. If fee is refused it is the artist right to refuse to make the edits.

References and Editing

⚪. Image and Text references for characters will be accepted.⚪. You as the commissioner are responsible for the quality of your references. Please make sure your descriptions, requests, and references are clear, detailed, and concise, or you might not receive an accurate depiction of your character.⚪. If I, the artist, have not started your request you can amend the request by submitting the provided form again with all required information. You as the commissioner are responsible in providing all of the information to your request in one form.⚪. Completed commissions CANNOT be edited or colored by another artist excluding the commissioner, unless stated otherwise.⚪. I will not be held accountable to correct or adjust commissions due to unclear or un-defined information provided by the commissioner in the order form. I, the artist, will be accountable to correct or adjust commissions where I have failed to follow provided reference material.⚪.
